STAR DEVELOPMENT CENTRE / PRESTIGE

THE INDIVIDUAL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME

BUILT FOR
WHAT'S NEXT.

Elite ambition. Individual attention. A plan that belongs to her.

Prestige is a 24-week coaching journey for girls aged 11–18 who want to push their football further. We turn ambition into a structured plan, purposeful practice and measurable development — whether the next step is stronger club performances or exploring an elite pathway.

Believe. Develop. Achieve.

01 / THE PROGRAMME

NOT JUST MORE TRAINING.
BETTER DIRECTION.

An ambitious player needs more than an extra hour on the ball. She needs to understand her game, know what to improve and have the support to do it.

Prestige brings individual coaching, a development plan, feedback, independent work and regular reviews into one sustained programme. Every part connects back to her football, so progress can be recognised, discussed and built upon.

It is designed for players who want to challenge themselves and are ready to work consistently — not just players who already compete at an elite level.

A CLEAR PURPOSE.

02 / THE DEVELOPMENT FOCUS

THE QUALITIES THAT
CHANGE HER GAME.

Elite pathways assess much more than tricks or isolated technique. Prestige develops football qualities that transfer into matches, with each player's priorities chosen through assessment.

01 / DEVELOPMENT

Technical excellence

Execute under pressure

Refine receiving, passing, turning, dribbling, finishing and defending with position-specific detail. We progress from clean execution to making the right action when time and space disappear.

On the training pitch

A midfielder practises receiving across her body, scanning before the ball arrives and playing forward with a defender closing.

02 / DEVELOPMENT

Game intelligence

See it. Decide. Act.

Build scanning, awareness, positioning and decision-making through realistic situations. The objective is not simply to perform a skill in training, but to recognise when and why to use it in a match.

On the training pitch

A winger learns to recognise when to attack the outside, combine inside or retain possession based on the defender and supporting players.

03 / DEVELOPMENT

Physical & movement qualities

Move with purpose

Use age-appropriate agility, coordination, balance, acceleration and changes of direction within football activities. Work is adapted to the player's development and readiness, never forced.

On the training pitch

A defender combines body positioning, short acceleration and controlled changes of direction before a 1v1 duel.

04 / DEVELOPMENT

Confidence & mindset

Be brave enough to grow

Support the player to take responsibility, recover from mistakes, communicate and try challenging actions. Confidence is built through purposeful practice, honest encouragement and achievable targets.

On the training pitch

A player who avoids duels starts with supported shielding tasks, progresses into realistic contests and reflects on the decisions she made.

TECHNIQUE IS THE START. APPLICATION IS THE GOAL.

DON'T JUST TRAIN
THE SKILL.
TRAIN THE MOMENT.

We connect the detail of individual coaching to the speed, pressure and decisions of real football.

03 / THE 24-WEEK JOURNEY

A PLAN. A PROCESS.
VISIBLE PROGRESS.

There is no one-size-fits-all 24-week syllabus. Her assessment determines the starting point, and reviews keep the programme responsive as she improves.

01
THE START

Discover

A free introduction and individual assessment help us understand her experience, strengths, preferred positions, goals and what may be holding her back.

02
THE FOUNDATION

Plan

We create a living Individual Development Plan with a small number of meaningful targets. The player understands what she is working towards and why.

03
WEEKS 1–24

Develop

Typically one 90-minute individual session each week. Sessions are designed around her priorities, with realistic football challenges and independent development work between visits.

04
THROUGHOUT

Evaluate

Monthly reports, regular reviews and player reflection show what is improving and what needs to change. Parents are included in the development conversation.

05
WHEN APPROPRIATE

Prepare

For players exploring higher-level football, we discuss suitable opportunities, identify pathway-relevant qualities and help prepare for trials and assessment environments.

04 / ELITE PATHWAY READINESS

AMBITIOUS ABOUT
THE NEXT LEVEL?

Prestige helps turn the idea of playing at a higher level into practical development priorities. That might mean an Emerging Talent Centre, academy, representative opportunity or simply being ready to stand out at a more demanding level of club football.

01

Know the standard

Understand the technical, tactical, physical and psychological demands of the level she hopes to reach, without pretending every pathway is the same.

02

Close the gaps

Use match observations where practical, coach assessment and player reflection to identify the biggest priorities. Train them deliberately, then reassess.

03

Perform when it matters

Practise first touches, decisions, duels, movement and communication in demanding, realistic situations rather than isolated repetition alone.

04

Approach opportunities prepared

Talk through suitable talent environments, expectations and trial preparation. Support the player to demonstrate her qualities while keeping her confidence and enjoyment intact.

PREPARATION, NOT PROMISES.

STAR can explain suitable pathways, help identify opportunities and prepare players for trials. We do not control invitations, selection decisions or placements, and we never guarantee them. Our priority is developing a better, more confident footballer.

05 / EVERYTHING AROUND THE COACHING

SUPPORT THAT
GOES FURTHER.

Prestige is a relationship and a development process, not a bundle of appointments. The player and her family can see what we are working on, why it matters and how her football is changing.

INSPIRED GLOBALLY.
DELIVERED BY STAR.

07 / PRACTICAL QUESTIONS

THE DETAILS
THAT MATTER.

Does she have to be in an academy already?

No. Prestige is for ambitious girls aged 11–18 who will benefit from consistent individual development. We assess whether it is the right fit for her current stage.

How does Prestige differ from one-off coaching?

It connects 24 weeks of sessions to an Individual Development Plan, regular reports, reviews, independent practice and ongoing support — so each session builds on the last.

Will STAR help with trials and elite pathways?

Where appropriate, we explain relevant opportunities, prepare the player for the demands of assessments and help identify her development priorities. Trials and selection are never guaranteed.

Are match observations and club visits included?

They may be arranged when useful, subject to scheduling, club permission and availability. There is no guaranteed number of visits.

What does the programme cost?

Signed-in parents can view current prices and payment options on the Programmes page. The initial assessment is free and does not commit you to enrol.

When does she receive the Members Pack?

The official STAR Members Pack is included when a Prestige player joins.

BELIEVE. DEVELOP. ACHIEVE.

THE NEXT LEVEL
STARTS WITH A PLAN.

Tell us about her game and where she wants to go. We'll start with a free 30-minute assessment and introduction, then discuss whether Prestige is right for her.
